3) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Delays in onboarding, missing information, or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines and service scheduling.

5) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• respond in a timely manner where your input, review, or approval is needed;

• ensure that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, videos, music, text, or other materials you provide to us;

• use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

6) No guarantees

Results can vary depending on factors outside our control, including platform changes, market conditions, audience behaviour, competition, consistency of execution, and the quality of the underlying offer or content.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including followers, likes, views, engagement, traffic, leads, sales, account growth, or platform performance.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Platforms, X, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, restrictions, suspensions, content removals, reduced reach, account issues, or policy enforcement actions.

8) Prohibited use
