This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through creatorvisibility.com.

1) Nature of services

Creator Visibility provides digital services delivered on a monthly retainer basis. Because time, planning, and service capacity are allocated after purchase, refunds are limited as set out below.

2) Refund window before work begins

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase only if no service work has started.

For the purpose of this policy, “work has started” includes any meaningful service activity such as:

  • reviewing onboarding information;

  • preparing strategy or planning documents;

  • conducting research related to your service;

  • drafting content or captions;

  • creating service materials;

  • scheduling work;

  • beginning monthly management or support activity.

3) After work begins

Once work has started, refunds are not available for the current billing period because time, resources, and service capacity have already been allocated.

If you experience a genuine service issue, please contact us and we will review the matter in good faith and attempt to resolve it through reasonable support, revisions, adjustments, or clarification where appropriate.

4) Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

If a renewal payment has been processed, refunds are generally not provided for the renewed billing period once work has started for that period.

If no work has started for the renewed period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit, adjustment, or refund.

5) Pauses or rescheduling

If you are unable to proceed during an active month, you may request a pause or reschedule.

Any pause, extension, or rescheduling request is subject to review, workload, scheduling capacity, and operational feasibility. Approval is not guaranteed, but reasonable requests will be considered in good faith.

6) How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@creatorvisibility.com with:

  • your full name;

  • the email address used at checkout;

  • purchase date;

  • plan purchased;

  • reason for the request.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and review the request.

7) Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment or service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Unjustified chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment abuse may result in suspension or termination of services and restriction from future purchases.
