Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on creatorvisibility.com.
1) Refund window
- You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no service work has started.
- “Work has started” includes onboarding review, strategy preparation, planning, content drafting, campaign setup, or any meaningful work performed by our team.
2) After work begins
- If work has started, refunds are not provided for the current billing period because resources and time have been allocated.
- If you face a genuine issue, contact us. We will attempt to resolve it through fixes, adjustments, or support.
3) Subscription renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If a renewal is processed, refunds are not guaranteed. If no work has started for the renewed period, we may offer a credit or adjustment at our discretion.
4) Pausing or rescheduling
If you cannot proceed during a month, you can request a pause or reschedule. Approval depends on workload and operational capacity, but we will try to accommodate reasonable requests.
5) How to request a refund

with:
- Your name
- The email used at checkout
- Purchase date
- Reason for the request
6) Chargebacks
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of services and restriction from future purchases.
